They completely changed the app. Now, this is a completely different app, not what you see in the screenshots. Only the last screenshot shows the interface of the app (at the time of writing this review - 15.07.2020). So far, for two days after the update, I saw one minor error, although I have not been able to use it a lot. I did not find any problems with the performance. In general, a very good impression, I liked the new app. I’m changing my mark from 1 star to 4 stars. Later, if everything will be good I will mark 5 stars.

Not bad, but there are some strange features. For example sms notification charge isn't reflected in a payment history. Why? Also sms notification doesn't work properly when there is charging for sms notification. So you wonder why bank charged you without reflecting it in history and without sending any sms.

I used to love this bank. But now customer service degrading. I guess this is also because both your developers or management losing their minds. The app occupies about 450 MB phone memory, seriously? This is almost 2-3x more compared to other well known local banks including foreign ones that I have. You've got to be kidding me. Are you one of those data hoarders collecting user data or you just have lousy work? 🤦🏻‍♂️ No 5 star until you look at it. Thanks
