Ratings and reviews

Significant downgrade in usability. Biometric login no longer functions and theme implementation is inconsistent leaving some input screens with white text on a white background. To top it off, transfers now require the completion of 2 additional screens of irrelevant, drop down questions! Seriously!? This has made transfer functionality a time wasting irritation that discourages usage. Awful.

This is the worst financial app I have ever encountered. I keyed in the right user ID and password, the system kept telling me it was wrong. No changing password available. I used to logging in the black and white version, it worked. Yet this one is not working at all.

please improve UI for latest android version, current only made familiar for IOS users. app often not accessible at odd times (very frustrating in critical times and situations).
