Updated my review as 3 has contacted me directly to rectify. App still has issue i've, I can get around it I've had a terrible experience when attempting to top up a smaller amount through the app, TWICE. The first time, I got through to the chat box with no help and said I must've made a mistake. I press the €10 up on the app buy instead get a notification that €20 was taken. it doesn't go into the credit balance, either it is a wasted monthly top-up. It dawned on me that it was the app today.

I left a review in 2025 and I see nothing has changed. All of the recent reviews are saying the same thing. I can never log into the app because it keeps forgetting my email and password and locking me out even though I have a password manager and the passwords are correct. Considering leaving three because of this it's an utter joke. The app is so so poor. FIX THE BUG it's atrocious I'm having this issue a year later.

I have been with three/O2 for over 20 years. I decided to go bill pay with them the first year and a half was great nothing to complain about untill the end 2025 beginning of this year 2026. three sent out phones I didn't order then proceeded to take 96.60 euro out of my account knowing they were in the wrong. I have spent the last two weeks trying to get my money back from them and have the other phone number removed from my account that they mistakenly put onto my bill. check your account.
