App is slow, everything requires a 20sec loading, app just loads a webview inside... I would give 1 star again after the new update of aug 2025, when you click on password to login, app crashes. Unbelievable how bad it is. We are in 2026, the age of AI and this app is still unusable. Everything is slow, my details never load, it logs me out every day.

Updated my review as 3 has contacted me directly to rectify. App still has issue i've, I can get around it I've had a terrible experience when attempting to top up a smaller amount through the app, TWICE. The first time, I got through to the chat box with no help and said I must've made a mistake. I press the €10 up on the app buy instead get a notification that €20 was taken. it doesn't go into the credit balance, either it is a wasted monthly top-up. It dawned on me that it was the app today.

2020:Registration, login, retrieve password do not work. No way of logging in. Got help text Still does not work. Update 2023: After 3 further years of development I can log in but then nothing happens Hilarious. 2025: forced off app to my3 website all 353 sequences in saved numbers truncated to 0 wasting top-up for that number for well over a year maybe 2. 😂 08/2025 New app has webview of same issue! Mar 2026 Issue still present
