Online to update details??? What is the point of useing an app if it brings you to a browser to change your details such as phone make etc. Useless all this should be able to be done on the app itself it this doesnt change i will be uninstalling, come on its 2026 for pete's sake.

It says there's a bug, keeps crashing, I've done all the trouble shooting suggested but it's still not working, very unhappy customer, I've been with Three for over a decade and previously had very few issues with them but this is just ridiculous

every time there's an update, it logs me out of the app and for some reason never remembers my log in details. when prompted to yet again change password, it doesn't accept "ones already used". it's stupid and annoying. not good to work with either. all in all I'd rather do without it.

Hi Andrea, sorry to hear you're facing issues being logged out of the app. We've recently added a new biometric feature for a more secure, seamless login experience.
