sign up/login. no differentiation between the options, always tries to get me to sign up and then tells me my account already exists. Will then not let me log in but sign up again. utter waste of time and such a basic issue too. ridiculous

App not working, keeps telling me to contact 3 for app support and supported updates. The app won't open, keeps switching itself off and telling me to clear cache. Very poor service from customer service.

I can't access support - everything reroutes to the website which bounces me back to the app. trying to get help with my broadband and it just bounces me back and forth Three's quality of service has really gone downhill.
