Waited nearly 40 minutes for my order, and the app even showed a delivery partner was assigned. After all that waiting, the order was suddenly cancelled. This is not the first time this has happened. They cancel orders in seconds but ask customers to wait up to 7 working days for a refund. Other apps usually refund much in hours,If Burger King cannot fulfill orders reliably, they should stop offering delivery through their app.

had ordered multiple items on 10th June '26. but found an item missing and so raised a complaint. I was intimated that they will call me back within 24 hours. still waiting for the call. the customer care number and the branch number are useless as it never connects. so if you want to eat go to their restaurant and don't go for home delivery as they can miss any item and you can't do anything about it

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I placed an order, the payment was deducted instantly, but the order kept showing as pending for a long time with absolutely no updates. No confirmation, no delivery, and no proper support. Customer service was useless-l only received auto-generated emails and no real response from anyone. My money was taken immediately, but when there was an issue there was nobody available to actually help. This wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress.
