Ratings and reviews

PATHETIC and UNACCEPTABLE service. I placed my order at 1:19 PM (Order #2013) and even after more than 1 hour, I did NOT receive my food. The app kept showing "preparing order" with zero accountability. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times no one bothered to pick up the phone. This is absolute negligence and a complete waste of time and money. If you can't deliver on time, don't take orders. I want an immediate full refund for Order #2013. Worst delivery experience ever.

The app is good but not proper customer care support. Always ask to the send the mails and then give delayed or no response to the mails. Atleast Chatbox for support can be added if can not respond to the mails. Edit(Jan 29, 2026): I have sent multiple mails but got mostly got no response or some poor response and thats why I have added this review. So instead of this mail system, add a proper Customer Support system in the app itself or some customer care number.

I havent recieved my order from past 2 hours. I placed an order and even made the payment still didn't receive my order. I even called the store and there was no response from them. Now when I am trying to contact it's telling switched off. Burger King refund my amount. Absolutely worst experience.
