Extremely disappointed with Burger King. I placed an order and waited for over 1 and a half hours, but it was automatically cancelled. The store number was switched off, there was no response from customer care, and my money has not been refunded. The app and service are completely unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend using Burger King — save yourself the frustration.

Placed an order through the Burger King app and made the payment online, but the order was never delivered. The order status was not visible in the app, repeated calls to the restaurant went unanswered, and even after sending an email, there was no response. Very disappointing service, especially when service and handling charges are applied. Expected much better from Burger King.

I have been waiting for my food for over an hour now, at first I thought the restaurant was busy so they are taking time to prepare my food but I was wrong as it showed that the food was already prepared and has been sitting out getting cold for over 30 mins now and no one has picked up the food, even if I want to reach out to the restaurant the mobile number which they have mentioned doesn't accept incoming call, idk how much longer its gonna take. Thank you Burger king
