Very disappointing experience with the Burger King app. I placed an order which was prepared by the outlet, but it was never picked up by the delivery rider and eventually got cancelled. This clearly shows poor coordination between the store and delivery service. What is even more frustrating is the refund process. Even after the cancellation, I was only informed that the refund would be processed within 7 days. There was no immediate resolution, no proper support, and no callback from the team.

PATHETIC and UNACCEPTABLE service. I placed my order (Order #2005) and even after more than 2 hour, I did NOT receive my food. The app kept showing "preparing order" with zero accountability. Tried caling the restaurant multiple times but it's switched off. This is absolute negligence and a complete waste of time and money. If you can't deliver on time, don't take orders. I want an immediate full refund for Order #2005. Worst delivery experience

worst experience ever, I placed the order, the estimated delivery time was 30-35 minutes, but it's been over an hour and the order still hasn't arrived. What's even more surprising is that there's no cancel option available, and the restaurant contact number not picking up call and delivery partner saying to cancel the order .Really disappointing experience. Please look into this.
