Pathetic app. If you back out of the payment page without completing the payment, the app gets stuck showing "Sorry, another transaction is in progress." You can't place another order for at least 10–15 minutes, which is a complete waste of time. At the very least, the app should clearly warn users that returning from the payment page will lock new transactions temporarily. Overall, a frustrating experience and not worth downloading.

My prepaid order remained on "Preparing" for nearly an hour. The app's contact number was switched off, and I had to search for the branch number myself. I later found out from the delivery rider that my order had already been cancelled without any notification. Although I received a refund, the poor communication and wasted time made for a very disappointing experience.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I ordered through the Burger King app to avoid extra platform fees, but my order was never delivered even though the payment was deducted. I assumed it was a one-time issue. After almost a year, I tried again, and the exact same thing happened. I had to order from another app and pay again to get my food. After reading other reviews, I found many customers facing the same issue. Fix your app and refund customers promptly. They are literally doing SCAM with the user hard earned money !!!
