Very very bad experience burger King app is not working properly not having any response customer response.......Worst experience ever...I placed the order through app. It was not delivered and in app it was showing as order is ready to be delivered. I waited for 2 hours, I was not able to call the restaurant, mobile was switched off. I am not able to chat also. Worst experience I ever had. It was very disappointing with this service. Even I raised complaint to the customer care but no response.

The worst thing that could happen to mankind was BurgerKing, I placed an order through your app #2035 at 8:32 pm on 13/9/24 and while writing it's 11:23 and still haven't received and there is no further communication if I will receive it or not, can't cancel the order, restaurant has switched their phone off and here I am writing this and waiting for my order. There is a reason why your competitors are way ahead of you and you will never catch up to them, it's their commitment to the customers.

They promote the app so much in stores but lack support. I placed an order for dine in from app since I was in a hurry. It showed as preparing so did not cross check at the counter. After 10 mins I ask about status at the store and they mentioned the order is not received. Asked to place another order after cancellating it and again same issue but they helped at the store by taking the order. Reward points were not added.Sent email they asked for few screenshot and yet to resolve after 2 weeks
