I had a terrible experience with this app. I ordered a meal and the status showed “on the way,” but later the order was suddenly cancelled. There was no communication or update from the app at all. When I tried calling the store, the number was unreachable and switched off. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. There was no proper tracking, no customer support, and no accountability. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Please refund my money.

Very disappointing experience with this app.I placed an order which got cancelled automatically, but the payment was already deducted. Customer support told me I would get a refund within 5–7 days, but it has now been 20 days and I still haven’t received my money. I have sent multiple emails and requests, but only received automated replies with no real help. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this app unless they improve their customer support.
