About this app

BLO App (erstwhile known as GARUDA App) is a dedicated Mobile App for BLOs for performing their tasks digitally. Following are the main features of BLO App:
a) Checklist/Field Verification of Forms
b) Collection of AMF (Assured Minimum Facility) /EMF (Extended Minimum Facility)
c) Capturing of GIS co-ordinates of Polling Stations.
d) Update of Photos of Polling Stations
e) Form Submission on behalf of Electors
f) House to House Verification

Voter list is not showing in this app. Edit option is not showing in the check list. After checking and backing up any voter, he comes to the home page. Incomplete app. There are many shortcomings in the BLO app. Auto translate is showing multiple options in Hindi. There is no option of EDIT in Hindi if the option is shown wrong. Due to lack of option, one has to select what is shown. Without BLO verification the form goes from checklist to verified.

After the last Garuda app this app is a downfall for BLOs, some points to elaborate this : - You can't find electors easily as there is no search option through name or epic no. - Form filling process is made easy but it shows a lot of problems, like app closes while filling form. - Recently Form 8 can't be submitted and cannot also be verified, so it also causes problems. - You have to Login every time, also with OTP verification, sometimes 4 5 times in a day to use it. This app does not work properly. Frequent login failures. Even though full network, takes too much time to open. Besides it lacks some functionalities which BLO Requires. For Ex. We cannot go from which sl.no.we want. It cannot filter new entries, We caanot see our history. Forms and logs do not show names. Needs much improvement and error free.
