Downgraded from 4 star to 2 star especially because they removed tradingview technical chart which was very very user friendly and switched it with their own indmoney technical chart, a cheap replica of tradingview. Raised a ticket multiple times but the problem wasn't resolved, the only answer I get is that they can't help me right now as there is a technical issue. Now their is another feature called Mind which is commendable but occupies extra space in the chart, it should be put elsewhere.

I've been using this app for almost a couple of years. I have been trading in US stocks quite a lot and so far the app is smooth. But all of sudden from the start of January 2026, there are lots of errors like wallet balance not being updated, after the trade execution amount is not reflected in the wallet, after the execution of trades they are still in the portfolio and sometimes I was not able to buy or sell the shares. In these situations customer support is not available.

App is glitchy and have fluctuations at times ( even yesterday as well the app was no responding for 30mins) in morning session. when you move from wifi to mobile data it takes 1-2 mins for data to get synced. many times the stop loss is not executed and not updated and refreshed after you modify it. also many times the stop loss dosent appear the orders. The issue of Stop loss has been observed many times. ticket raised without any resolution.
