Extremely frustrating experience. Almost every time I added funds, it took 7–10 days for the amount to reflect in my US stock account. In the latest case, the amount was debited on 4th, SWIFT generated on 6th, yet funds are still not credited. Funds added on Monday remain pending even by Friday, causing loss of an entire trading week. Customer support is equally disappointing, with only bot-generated responses and no clarity on the root cause. Considering alternatives like Vested.

I love the app.! The app is so much faster download. But now download faster and more stable. Thank you so much to everyone algorithms. You’d stop an entry and it’d be several seconds before it’d actually stop and those extra seconds are added to the entry. Not to mention being unable to use the app when it’s syncing because it literally stops responding until it’s done.! This syncing happens pretty much every time you open the app, start, stop, or edit an entry so it was a real pain to use.

I am using this app for long time. The old version is better than the new version because in the old version they shown each and every details clearly i.e.STT charges, transaction history but In the the new version they only show transactions made and not the the charges after 30 days and charges especially STT(mandatory) was not shown even in contract Note. As a user I liked the old version. If you don't take action and I think I have to transfer all my investments to another brokerage app.
