I like the feature of tracking all your and your family's investments in one place a lot more than facilitating investing in the US markets. However, my biggest regret is not being able to edit the SIPs when investing in US markets. For example, I might start with a minimal amount, and after I have done enough research and want to increase my SIP, I currently have to pause my existing ones and make a new one. Hopefully, this will be addressed sooner than later.

INDMoney's customer service is worse, completely unethical. I made a couple of trades today, and the amount should ideally be credited to my wallet, but it wasn't. When I raised a ticket, the executive team called and shared incorrect information, stating that the amount would be credited on T+1 days, even though all my other trade amounts were successfully credited. Their customer service is even worse, and I do not recommend them. I am planning to withdraw my entire investment

I love 🕓the app! But now download faster and more ✔️stable. Thank you so much to everyone algorithms. This is syncing happens pretty much every time you open the app, start, stop, or edit an entry, so it was a real pain. The app is soo much faster download. You'd stop an entry and it'd be several seconds before it'd actually stop and those extra seconds are added too the entry. Not to mention being unable to use the app when it's syncing because it literally stops responding until it's done.
