Most of the time items are missing from the package. Products are mostly costly compared to other platforms. No proper resolution is provided for the missing items even after multiple follow ups. Even after sharing the unboxing video, they take 4-5 days to review it and provide no resolution. Stop ordering from this platform and file complaints in the consumer forum to get support!

One item missing from my order and no solution provided. Even after sharing the unboxing video they asked for, I still haven’t received any resolution. They don’t respond on WhatsApp, and the phone number they provide is always busy. Very disappointing service. I suggest trying other platforms.

Pathetic customer care they don't pick calls. I called them many times and waited in line for minutes. One time they received my call, i told them I wanted to cancel my order, they simply rejected it even though it was not shipped. I was not asking for a refund i wanted a different product.
