Most of the time items are missing from the package. Products are mostly costly compared to other platforms. No proper resolution is provided for the missing items even after multiple follow ups. Even after sharing the unboxing video, they take 4-5 days to review it and provide no resolution. Stop ordering from this platform and file complaints in the consumer forum to get support!

One item missing from my order and no solution provided. Even after sharing the unboxing video they asked for, I still haven’t received any resolution. They don’t respond on WhatsApp, and the phone number they provide is always busy. Very disappointing service. I suggest trying other platforms.

Issue in logging in using mobile whereas in my laptop I can log into my account. The issue is from beginning i.e. from installation of app from Playstore. Many times, I have tried all modes og logging in i.e. login via mobile number, login via email id, login via Google but it's not working at all. I am unable to track my orders. The customer support is also pathetic. They are not responding at all.
