Very bad experience with booked bus and customer care response. The app might be good in best case scenario where everything goes according to the plan, but as soon as some thing goes wrong this app can't be trusted. Booked a bus which got cancelled mere 3 hours before the journey, no accountability moreover the refund was also not given completely, deducted the discount and service tax(for a service which wasn't even taken) from from final refund.

My experience with the Red Bus application was extremely disappointing, particularly when attempting to cancel a ticket. Despite their claim of allowing last-minute cancellation or rescheduling, the options provided were inadequate, and the app repeatedly displayed errors. After struggling for over an hour, I finally managed to reach customer care, who assured me they had raised a complaint. However, it's been two days, and I'm yet to receive my refund.
