Our first trip was very good, and the booking went smooth. However, when I'm trying to use my 'referral code' in my friends' devices, it's just not working, showing 'something seems to be wrong'. I tried to use the 'chat with us' in the app, but the 'Help' section is not even opening, showing some webpage error. Please fix it soon.

My strong dissatisfaction with a recent experience using redbys service. I had booked a ticket through this app for a bus. However, the bus never arrived. After waiting and attempting to reach any point of contact, I went to the bus station only to be informed that the bus had been canceled. What is most frustrating is that I received no notification whatsoever—neither via the app, SMS, nor email—about this.

This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. I booked an AC sleeper bus through this app, but during my journey, the AC was not working. When I contacted customer service, they told me that they will resolve my query in the next one day. This is ridiculous! My travel duration is only 12 hours, and they expect me to wait a whole day for a solution. I have been using this app for the last 8 years and have traveled many times through it. But after today’s experience, I am completely disappoi
