After blocking Marketing and Promotional notification category. Notifications are coming in General category. There is no setting in app to stop promotional notifications. Edit: There is enough details I have given. I don't want to contact you guys. If you want to be customer first company, bring option to block all promotional and marketing messages. It's simple.

I recently placed an order with swiggy instamart and was disappointed to receive only a partial delivery. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, they failed to resolve the issue or provide a refund for the missing items. if an order isn’t fully delivered, a refund should be initiated without hesitation. I will think twice before ordering again.

I ordered an Instamart data cable, but instead, I received a completely defective one that is of no use to me. They are committing fraud and are not even processing my refund. Every day, they keep saying there is some "technical glitch," but it's been over 48 hours now. I would say no one should buy from them—getting a refund is a huge hassle. Their technical support is absolutely terrible!
