Customer Support sucks and hardly responds. They like to lock up your account so you can't access your funds. Horrible banking system. Would never ever recommend them!

check was deposit over The Weeknd on my card now it is saying it is deleted what happened to it no records show of a check being deposit it's just deleted where is that money???

I wanted to like this app, I would have liked to give them a 5 star rating but I didn't like what happened to me. I just signed up with them,I got my card in the mail and then tried to cash my check that was made out to me through the app, the check was put on hold and then all of a sudden they shutdown my account and sent me an email saying they are terminating me from ever doing business with them again. this is really sad, I just hope my check is still cashable and they haven't kept my money.
