Was worried at first when the bitcoin didn't show straight away as I was expecting. Turned up now and just waiting for the verification to test a transfer to my bank. Very helpful support team! EDIT:Incoming crypto transfers show up after receiving three confirmations on the blockchain. Bank transfer made and waiting to clear (weekend). Still getting a lot of empty App Notifications after verification of my account... EDIT2:Money in bank. 1st payment apparently takes a day or so longer.

Great customer service, a person named Tobias really helped me quickly and efficiently, some of the best customer support I've seen with any company. App interface is easy to use and user friendly, recommended!

Extremely helpful staff that will reply to emails asap and sometimes call you to give you advice on setting up your account however when logging in the app seems to crash multiple times and i would need to log in multiple times before being able to log in please fix.
