The worst banking by far! they charge me a late payment fee for a vox cinema transaction where I revealed the buy one get one free, transaction in Feb and on the same day I setelled the outstanding then they came back in April saying that the buy one get one offer not activated coz of bla bla, I complained but no use! credit card cancellation request submitted already.

I have a bad experience with this app and also the loan service with higher interest/fine rates. I overpaid in the app but it was not reflected. Agents are good in reminding you for your due payments but when it comes to your concerns such as refunds, they will not reply and very slow in addressing your concerns. It would be better to have loan in prestigious banks with lower interest rates than here. Lesson learned

I hold a credit card with your bank, but unfortunately, I have been unable to reach you. I have called multiple times and sent several emails, yet I have not received any response from your side. Could you please explain why there has been no communication? I hope this complaint will finally get your. I dont recommend this credit card to anyone because they dont have a proper support system!!!
