Been using Sogexia for decades now, and very satisfied with the bank, as well as the support. However. lately the phone app freezes at the login. Maybe an update will be needed. Works fine on PC. Waiting for the next update that might fix the issue.

I tried to open an account I was refused and I have already ordered a card now am asking for a refund for the card I ordered the customer care agent I spoke just ended the call without telling me anything to show that my money will be refund they are scammers please they away from them

4months to open the account and receive a plastic Mastercard, not the metal one i ordered! I only went to Sogexia so I could use my account for deposits and payments in France and Spain when i am there...Still cannot do either 6 months later!!! The customer support people may be nice, but it take days, definitely many hours before they respond. I am very technology savvy so this headache is not acceptable!
