Ratings and reviews

Multiple times routed driver to wrong pickup and drop off locations. For one such occurrence, tried using call function to ask driver to head to correct location but call function and text function both do not work. Had to run to wrong pickup location to avoid late fees. Worst experience with any ride hailing app ever.

Already experienced issue during account signup. Dob will take eternity to enter the right age given tada thinks that we are born in recent years. Used this app recently and bought voucher to use with my trip. The system is so dumb that it is not able to debit my card due to cvv error. My card is my default card and is used everyday and definitely no issue. Wasted my trip and money to buy the voucher not able to use.

Good. Can get a cab in late nights, and at reasonable prices, when other apps can't. Please fix this: late penalty price is not shown during the trip. Can cause misunderstandings between driver and passenger.
