An excellent set of lessons for all levels of experience. The videos are professionally shot and edited, lots of different angles so you can see every part of each move. The instructor (Mark) explains each move clearly. The quality of this app stands out from the rest and really does make it possible to learn tai chi online.

Excellent. I love this app for qi gong, shibashi, tai chi and great meditations. The video library is really comprehensive and easy to follow. You can do it anytime and anywhere. Feel a bit stressed or anxious. Pause and follow a 5 minute warm up, some breathe work and calming meditation. Its great.

I see the response to comments say there are several free lessons, that is false. There are some short free videos that are mostly stretching. The few that show moves mention things like "hopefully you watched the footwork video...." ...which isn't free. This app sucks. You can get a free yoga app and learn the same stretches the "free" content on this gives you.

Hi Jackie, As we are always adding content we are also open to offering more of that content for free. I think it's a valid point that we reference exercises in the free content that's not available without paying, so I've added the relevant lesson for free, along with a 26 minute video with footwork exercises to help with balance, also for free.
