Four subtests, one clock. This app trains Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning and Situational Judgement in the formats the UCAT uses: True, False or Can't Tell statements, syllogisms and Venn diagrams, five-statement Yes/No items, shared-data sets, and Importance or Appropriateness ratings. Every question is original and written in the UCAT style.
Three ways to practise:
- Question Bank: over 300 questions you can practise across the four subtests, sorted by category (Logical Puzzles, Recognising Assumptions, Percentages, Rates, Integrity, Team Involvement and more) and by Easy, Medium or Hard. Check each answer, then tap See why for the reasoning.
- Full-length mocks: VR, DM, QR and SJT in exam order, each subtest with its own countdown, a mark-and-review grid and the on-screen calculator in Decision Making and Quantitative Reasoning.
- Mistakes: every question you got wrong, grouped by question type, ready for another attempt until you mark it mastered.
Inside a Question Bank item you can highlight passage sentences in Verbal Reasoning and Situational Judgement, or open a basic calculator in Decision Making and Quantitative Reasoning. Five-statement Yes/No items score up to 2 marks, with 1 mark for four correct out of five.
Ask Tutor is an AI tutor that comes with Premium: ask for a hint before you check an answer, or for step-by-step reasoning after it. Before your first message it asks for your consent to send what you type, and the question you ask about, to the AI model; nothing is sent until you agree.
After each mock, the report gives an estimated 300-900 score for Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making and Quantitative Reasoning, an estimated total on the 900-2700 scale and an indicative Situational Judgement band, each labelled as an estimate and never as an official UCAT result. If you sat the mock on this device, it also shows the time left or the questions not reached in each subtest. The Analytics tab tracks questions attempted and accuracy by subtest and category, your weekly activity and your study streak, and Today's plan on Home suggests where to start.
Keep your test date on the phone and turn on reminders: after a day without practice, in the evening before a streak breaks, and one week and one day before the test.
You need a Prepclass account: you sign in with e-mail or Google. Without a subscription you get a daily allowance of practice questions and UCAT Mock 1. Premium, a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, removes the daily limit and adds the other mocks and Ask Tutor. The charge goes to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Manage or cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Restore Purchases is on the Premium screen and in Profile, where you can also delete your account.
