Totally unreliable service. I followed all the setup instructions correctly, and landed with no 3g. This is the second time it happened with Simly. Customer service was slow to answer, I bought another sim in the meantime as I was needing mobile service. Customer service later proceeded to give other steps to further setup the sim that were NOT included in the initial setup instructions... all while refusing to give me a refund for the service I no longer needed as it was too unreliable.

It's been great to use this to buy and monitor my eSims. You may not be able to use a sim past 165 gig, though. I've been using the same card and just topping it up through the app, which is massively helpful and convenient. Apparently I've been paying to top mine up and the money's (at least $80) been going to the app, but I have not gotten any of the gigs I've been paying for past 165. :(

Weak customer support, late replies. still didn't use the service, and I shall update my review after. but definitely not recommended for short time use, you'll suffer to get support.
