After ~20yrs dealing with different banks in UAE, I found Wio has the most inefficient service, unhuman interaction anyone can get. Feels like an old bot from 2009, lol Unsure about all the positive feedback here or whether it's all genuine, this is simply & truly my personal experience with WIO, raw & unpolished. Thx

Worst online bank ever. Had a transfer rejected due to a bank policy that had never impacted previous transfers of the exact same amount to the exact same person. I spent several hours waiting to speak to someone and when I finally did no one could tell me what the policy issue was so I can resolve it. I filed a complaint and a month later I was literally told the same thing. If they can't tell what the issue is the maximum I can transfer in one day is less than 30K.

very bad experience, I tried to open an account and it was refused, calling the bank to verify the reason they refused to give a reason and only bank policy. If you are thinkg, an advise stay away from this Bank. and now when they reply ! they simply said you did not meet our expectation 😀, without even saying what are their expectations???
