I was chatting with an agent, and was surprised to know how VERY INCONVENIENT requesting a higher credit limit is. You've to first actually close your savings space/business credit, and wait for 3mons to reapply. 😵 Wio is making it extremely hard for its customers when it could be simply done by reviewing and approving/rejecting the request. You need to reassess your policies if you want to keep long-term customers. 👎🙅♂️

Hello, we’re sorry for the confusion. If you already have an existing Wio Credit and would like to request a higher limit, you’ll need to:
- Settle all pending transactions and clear the balance.
- Close the credit account in the Wio Personal app.
- Wait up to 24 hours for the closure to process.
- Reapply for credit via the Wio Personal app.

May be the worst bank of the UAE, when things are going well then its fine, as soon as you face an issue, you will find nobody to assist you, I called and spoke for 14 minutes to get my issue resolved but unsuccessful, I started chat on WhatsApp at 7:30pm and till 4am I kept on discussing but unsuccessful, completely unprofessional and untrained staff, they do not have enough information to assist others, 3 representative left and transferred my chat other, and he starts over from verification

very bad customer service so far I faced in banking sector. more than one month I received an ATM physical card . still couldn't activate from my end and even from customer service end. Even they don't know what to do next. case no: 130702
