Canary is home security made simple. The Canary app works with our security devices to connect your home to your phone, allowing you to view and protect those that matter most.

Monitor your home: Watch live or recorded HD videos day or night. Access Canary’s timeline for a living history of your home. Save and bookmark your favorite clips.

Intelligent notifications: When Canary identifies something out of the ordinary, you’ll get a notification with recorded HD video of the event, as well as the option to watch live.

Automatic arming: Canary changes modes when you come and go. No complicated keypads or codes to remember.

When all members are away Canary monitors for activity and sends notifications

When a member is home Canary is customizable. You can set notification and privacy preferences.

Schedule Canary to monitor for activity while you sleep.

Camera and microphone are completely off.


Emergency Options: Respond to incidents directly from the Canary app. Trigger the 90 decibel siren, or be connected directly to your home’s local emergency responders.

Bro.... None of the devices connect to my phone anymore. I've had this issue for over a week now. I'm gonna be looking into a new service soon cause now I don't have eyes on anything since I can't edit the cameras to reconnect the wifi. What's going on here? Please fix, this service is too good to be messing up on basic connect to app issues. Give us the option to edit on our home computers. This will help fix issues without the app. Edit: this service is now $15. For the "free" version. Done

I have a significat lapse in records when even high traffic is moving through my house. Kids, animals and family visits. It's as if the camera and service choose to work here and there and gives up when it just doesn't feel like it anymore. I always keep my phone in away Mode to make sure it's recording but whether or I'm in the home or not it just doesn't work. Both my wife and I have the apps on our phone and I'll get videos she never sees and vice versa.. but usually she doesn't get any.

Terrible experience. Wanted to use my existing cameras after a long time and camera keeps on showing up as offline even tho I can switch in between the modes. I can clearly see the lights turning on so it's connected. Also, when it does connect, it does not show any popups when I'm walking right in front of it. I'm getting rid of these for something better
