The app was working fine over the past few years, until about 2-3 weeks ago, crashing when viewing my porch on my phone, and now it seems to crash or freeze every 10-15 minutes. I've tried rebooting my phone, but that hasn't helped. I just keep restarting the app, and it's fairly annoying. It's better than no system, but it might be time to upgrade to something else more stable.

I've used it for years and after continual price raises decided to cancel. Despite cancelling the subscription two weeks before renewal, I was still charged, and after messaging them within 72 hours of the charge, I'm told there's nothing that can be done because it was a 'renewal'. There's better cameras and more honest companies.

Feb. 6 2025, the app is working on my android phone again. Canary support sent me an email alert that a new version was available. All the glitch seems to be fixed. My home health is working again too. Big thanks! Jan 2025-This app used to work. Overthe past 2 weeks, it usually doesn't work. I have done ALL of the standard reinstall and restart for my phone and modem. I see notifications but only sometimes get the app to open beyond a black screen with the Canary logo on it. Very frustrated.
