• Replace your SIM if it gets stolen, lost or damaged.
• Manage and listen to your voicemail messages.

The app is regularly updated with new features, designed to enhance the overall experience.

Ratings and reviews

One of the most frustrating aspects of this Iliad SIM and its app is the lack of flexibility with data renewal. If you run out of data before the billing cycle ends, there’s no option to renew or top it up early—you’re left without internet access until the next renewal date, which is very inconvenient. Another downside is that the app is only available in Italian. For non-Italian speakers, this makes it difficult to navigate and manage the account, significantly reducing its usability.

The application is excellent in my case iliad has inserted a wrong "codice fiscale",unfortunately there is not the possibility to correct that on the application nor get in touch with iliad operator or email to apply the corrections.

No English language option in the App, this is 2026. there should be multi languages available
