Ratings and reviews

One of the most frustrating aspects of this Iliad SIM and its app is the lack of flexibility with data renewal. If you run out of data before the billing cycle ends, there’s no option to renew or top it up early—you’re left without internet access until the next renewal date, which is very inconvenient. Another downside is that the app is only available in Italian. For non-Italian speakers, this makes it difficult to navigate and manage the account, significantly reducing its usability.

Iliad is a total scam!! I bought an Iliad SIM card and informed the customer service representative that I needed it only for a 10‑day visit in Italy. . I recently discovered that they continue to charge me every month, even though I have not used the SIM following my short visit to Italy. Their customer service refuse to reimburse me for the extra charges, and their web site doesn't provide means to stop the subscription, so I have to cancel my credit card now! Stay away!

Randomly doesn't work, stuck on loading page, while via browser no problems at all. Useless.
