Ratings and reviews

One of the most frustrating aspects of this Iliad SIM and its app is the lack of flexibility with data renewal. If you run out of data before the billing cycle ends, there’s no option to renew or top it up early—you’re left without internet access until the next renewal date, which is very inconvenient. Another downside is that the app is only available in Italian. For non-Italian speakers, this makes it difficult to navigate and manage the account, significantly reducing its usability.

Nice app, but to be fully functional, the Iliad team should add an English language option. Because international language support is missing, I would rate it 4/5.
