Overall, I think the app is great. Booking a taxi was intuitive as was the rest if the app. I only have a few issues. One was a Billing issue that customer service resolved quickly. The rest of the issues were associated with not being able to get connected with a taxi in busy areas. In these I had to get in a local taxi which defeated the desire to use credit card. they may want to consider using qr codes in taxis so I can pay for a public cab i just jumped in. then it would be near perfect.

used the app on a recent trip to Milan. Taxi from Train Station to San Siro and price was as quoted in app. Taxi on return cost nearly double the quote. Driver aggressive when queried and wanted cash. Refused and paid card but never received a receipt. Raised a complaint with the company and they said that price was correct as driver can start meter as soon as he picks up the booking, in this case over 4km away so we had to pay for his journey before even picking us up. Unreal!

This app lost our original taxi reservation. We reserved for 6 people + luggage and they sent a regular taxi and then told us they do not arrange trips for 6 people (but the app allows this) so we had to scramble for another taxi. The meter read €16 at the end of the trip and the app is now demanding that we pay €20. Whoever developed this map failed...just use uber.
