Technically does work but there is ZERO communication for when the taxi arrives and if you book in advance, there is no confirmation but if you call they can confirm it. You will also have to call about 3 times for them to answer; when they do they are helpful and can even give a price quote but they otherwise don't answer. TL;DR: Works but horrid communication

It's possibly the worst app I've ever come across. Lots of addresses are incorrect and bear no resemblance to reality - booked a future journey using a recognised address, but after the booking was made, the address shown had changed - to a street in a town 15km away! This street doesn't even show up in Google, Bing or Apple maps! Bookings disappeared ten minutes after making them. Completely unreliable rubbish. Avoid.

easy to use, however confusing when calling a taxi. pickup up points are not always clear. they dont come to your required place. you might need to walk to the corner of main streets which is more convenient for drivers than passengers. also apply could be improved like uber tracking. all taxis are metered which is a big plus point.
