My watch and phone do not stay connected. I have to reset my watch to factory settings each time, losing apps, data and personalised settings. It feels like a waste of time setting everything back up again only to have a basically useless smart watch. It didn't used to be this bad, but has gotten worse over the last few months. l can use my watch for workout

Just 3 because: The app needs more improvements. Just showing if the watch is connected or not isn't sufficient. Like other fitness aaps, this app needs to show the workout summary. It really helps to keep track of the activities, milestones etc. In my suggestion, the developers really need to look into this. Fossil is a big brand and has followers all across the globe. Introducing the fitness activities interface will really help fitness enthusiasts to follow the brand even more. Thank you !

My TicWatch Pro 3 used to work fine with an Android 9 phone. I recently got a new phone Android 13 and I wanted to pair it with the watch. It's a nightmare. Never thought it's that hard. You have to factory reset the watch which means you lose all the customisations. And the wallet on watch doesn't work. couldn't add a card. Couldn't change the weather unit as well. Notifications not always working. Spent days on that and couldn't find a solution. I gave up.
