Ratings and reviews

I submitted my loan application some days ago, but the funds were not credited to my account. However, your app shows that my account was credited. Now, I am receiving calls demanding that I repay the loan today, even though I never received the money. This is quite confusing and concerning. Please kindly investigate this matter urgently and clarify the situation.

I love the app even though i went through much stress due to my bank app. Not CashX fault though, the most wonderful thing was that they even disbursed without deducting the required token from my app. The disappointing part was that i was disbursed 3k instead of 150k, as how na. It's a good app sha altogether.

Scam! Thieves! Your customer service is the poorest I have ever experienced. I requested a loan of 7,000, but instead 73,000 was disbursed to me, with a repayment of 100,730 within just 10 days. Who does that? I have already deducted the 7,000 I originally requested and returned the remaining amount immediately. Please fix the issues with your app and stop deceiving customers. Thank you.
