The only problem I have with this loan app is, their interests rates is too high and with a very short period of time. This is different from other loans apps I've been using. please 🥺 look into your interest rate. I'm afraid of applying for a larger amount because the interest rate will be twice the amount you initially applied for😔😞.

Awful. It's an highly disorganized & disjointed app with a lot of contradictions. I made a part payment and #104000 was reflecting on the app before as my outstanding balance before I made payment for extension. To my utter dismay on the second day it was #145000 that was on the App. I had to pay the fraudulent increase. secondly after making the payment The APP was reflecting 0 balance but with an instruction to pay my balance which I have paid.A week after I had a lot of nauseating msgs

I collected a loan of 3k to Pay 4200 in return so 2 day's before the due date, I made a partial payment of 1k but instead they used it to extend the loan which I never asked for. So I made sure I completed the payment of 3200 on the very initial due date. But instead they kept calling telling me I still have an outstanding 1k to pay The customer service is not working, I kept on explaining but after my explanation they will tell me not to worry that it will be fixed till date nothing 😡
