I found using the app non intuitive for payments, the bank app link has never worked, which the app tries to coerce you to use. paying by debit card is obvious but harder to find under other ways to pay. when the go to bank link failed, I tried to pay with my debit card but it said my failed transaction was still in progress so blocked me from adding funds. should be immediate as they are liquid funds and I need a time limited flight booking to be paid, the online chat is useless, 4 hours wait !

I'm loving my JaJa Credit Card. I only took it out a few months ago & im loving the tasks you have to complete each month. I fine myself eagerly checking at the beginning of the month to see what that months tasks are & then trying to complete them. Fantastic idea, it teaches you how to use credit responsibly, plus making sure you pay online & don't go over your limit.

I can't scroll down the phone screen to accept the latest Privacy info... so I can't access the app on my phone. please could you fix this anomaly
