I'm loving my JaJa Credit Card. I only took it out a few months ago & im loving the tasks you have to complete each month. I fine my eagerly checking at the beginning of the month to see that's months & then trying to do them. fantastic idea. teaches you how to use be responsible with Credit & making sure you pay online & don't go over your limit.

Unable to add debit card to pay off remaining balance. Huge 15.5% increase in interest rate on a very well managed account and a lot standard corporate trash replies from customer dis-service has resulted in yet another lost customer!

I have been a customer for over a year. always paid in full. I got an email this morning they are increasing my interest from 27% to 41%. Disgusting behaviour thankfully I do not have a balance, imagine if I owed a couple of thousand on this. So much for loyalty this amounts to fraud. Don't even think of applying I have just closed my account and binned the card.
