Been using Jaja since they took over from the post office. Was generally OK. Had to replace a card recently, which, despite being activated doesn't work. Tried to call helpline, waited 45 mins and had to go to work without getting help. No chat available in the app or on the webpage despite help saying chat is best way to contact them. After trying to call twice now I've finally sent for a card with another bank. Will be closing Jaja account after many years.

App needs adjusting. It asks you if you want cookies but on the mobile app, you can't click on the button manage your cookie preferences. It is hidden the home button on Samsung phone. This leaves 'Accept all" as the only option to pick which I don't want. P.S. The app support email bounces back as undeliverable hence the review. Thanks

No US support. worst UI I have ever seeen. it launches you into chatbot text with no way out and limited country codes. completely useless.
