there are some things I enjoy about the app, like it being available in English, but the address matching system, as they use it to estimate your location, and therefore closest shop to you, it is a failure and often times misleading. I would expect it to match current location to previous orders, and not have the address without apartment number, so I need to call and figure things out in my poor Japanese. the shop staff are actually very friendly though.

As a fan of Dominos, it is disappointing. The application barely redirects you to a website, not sure what the point is… Is it a limitation due to english language? After log in, no matter how many times I try to open the coupon box, most of the times nothing happens, even if I know there are still valid coupons in there. I can never get to use the coupons i earned, this is extortion. This has been on for a few years now and nothing was ever done to fix it…

May be due to update or something like new address but the picture shown below doesn't comes which makes it much more difficult than before. They had the suggestions of double topping which is now have to select in type of crust, seriously that is more trouble if you are used to old one. Also it comes in weird way white and some options like small ones whereas it was lot bigger and easier before along with not accepting coupon. 😞 Live pizza track also doesn't work whereas it was easier before.
