Book taxi easily
To order PassApp service you need active mobile phone number only. When your account is ready, you need to set pick up and choose service type. After you have made a booking, the app will prompt you when taxi driver arrives. After the payment is processed in full, the bill will be sent automatically to your inbox.

Ratings and reviews

Having trouble getting app to load for 2 weeks now. I have no way to fix it. Update 1/6/2026, PassApp has quit working on my phone. I've tried everything including reinstalling multiple times. I have checked all settings in phone. The app cannot find my location. All my other apps work fine. I gave up and now use Grab. Getting support has been futile. Maybe an update in the future will fix it.

Sadly support is gone . Used it for many years, but they stopped the support function on the App and you need to contact them on their Facebook. Refund is dragging for weeks, even though they have acknowledged the mistake on their side.

PassApp: a recent update to your app seeks to force users to rate drivers with an emoji before being able to order another ride. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to avoid this, but I will not continue to do so. I do not issue social credit score ratings to other people, but if your app is not updated again promptly to remove this inappropriate procedure, I will either be forced to vote 'bad' for all drivers in protest, or cease to use your app entirely and use a competitor's instead.
