Book taxi easily
To order PassApp service you need active mobile phone number only. When your account is ready, you need to set pick up and choose service type. After you have made a booking, the app will prompt you when taxi driver arrives. After the payment is processed in full, the bill will be sent automatically to your inbox.

Ratings and reviews

The Old app that I had for over 5 years gave you the option of canceling and a menu as to why. I used it until I could no longer use it and was stuck with the "new" app that doesn't have that option. A driver will accept your booking and then if they find one closer or more of a money maker they pick that person up and if they don't cancel which most times they won't you're stuck with that booking and can't make another.

it was great until recently. now I can't log in. I already have an account, and it worked fine earlier this year. however, now I cannot receive the sms code to log in. I've always used the same carrier and united states (+1) phone number.

I used to use Passapp a lot, but the service became unusable with app payments because of untrained drivers. For the last three rides in a row, I had drivers who didn't want to accept app payment, apparently because they did not understand how they would receive their payment. What's making this worse is that it's not possible to cancel a ride once it was started, even if the driver refuses the ride because of app payment.
