Ipay app works nicely, but if you ever required any customer support, trust me you will never get any!! the customer support number is never reachable, at least it does not say what's going on. Simply asks you to select the language forever. Also the emails will never get any response. I have tried to reach them over the phone/emails n number of times for 3 months for a simple query, yet no response.

Edit.. Customer Service just called and if he could he would have reached out and hit me when I asked to delete my account. He mentioned Cx details cannot be deleted only Blocked What an halfbacked app...only a LOLC account holder can benefit a little just because of some conveniences. Wasted So much time. When taking ID card image if you change orientation captured image is lost.And many transaction errors without proper explanation. KYC verification too 3 attempts and need Scan Quality photos.

After the last update, there are several bugs. I can't view previous transactions. I can't filter paid payments and received payments. Sometimes, I can't see the message through the transaction ID. There are many bugs. Could you please check and fix these issues as soon as possible?
