Ipay app works nicely, but if you ever required any customer support, trust me you will never get any!! the customer support number is never reachable, at least it does not say what's going on. Simply asks you to select the language forever. Also the emails will never get any response. I have tried to reach them over the phone/emails n number of times for 3 months for a simple query, yet no response.

I'm sure it's a great app but it's annoying when you have to retake the same picture 6 times for absolutely no reason. No error message, no wrong takes; just moves to the previous step. I had to take the same freaking picture 3 times and when I move to the next one, it brings me back. If this doesn't work, at least include the option to add a document.

I'm an overseas new customer and cannot add my savings account created to deposit money for an investment. This is a showstopper and losing customer on credibility. Not transferring any funds. when I ring customer care, the representative struggles with language and asks me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Dude we are in an AI world still the app has poor quality. posting this feedback to the big shots to take some action.
