Ipay app works nicely, but if you ever required any customer support, trust me you will never get any!! the customer support number is never reachable, at least it does not say what's going on. Simply asks you to select the language forever. Also the emails will never get any response. I have tried to reach them over the phone/emails n number of times for 3 months for a simple query, yet no response.

I'm sure it's a great app but it's annoying when you have to retake the same picture 6 times for absolutely no reason. No error message, no wrong takes; just moves to the previous step. I had to take the same freaking picture 3 times and when I move to the next one, it brings me back. If this doesn't work, at least include the option to add a document.

I’m really disappointed with the app’s performance. Whenever I click on any option, it keeps loading for a long time. Every action takes too much time to open. It’s becoming very frustrating to use. Please fix this loading issue as soon as possible to improve the user experience.
