we appreciate that you guys add international transfer but there is no option to transfer money into Pakistan so I request you to please add also Pakistan so we can also transfer to Pakistan

The app is nice but the bank is atrocious. We've lost 1000s of dollars in fradulent transactions and were told to contact the shops where the transactions happened for refunds instead of the bank bothering to contact the shops for refunds themselves. For some of the transactions such as Facebook it is sometimes impossible to directly contact support and as such it may be crucial for the bank to take action. We are devastated and don't know what to do.
