It doesn't have specific items to choose . I used 400 points for something I didn't want even with help form staff person. I phoned Eli's Help person and had the points credited back, and found out they are working to have more options for specific items. Very Helpful

Love Eli's and this is an excellent, easy to use app! Truly appreciate the offering of gluten free items and that nutrition facts and ingredients are listed! Thank you!! Just a thought...maybe you could consider a menu section specifically for gluten free/allergy friendly items so they're a quick look up for those of us with those challenges.

The app is easy to use and works well! I don't like that you can't pre-order and still pay with cash. I don't have a card, so it doesn't really help when I want a drink before school. That's the only thing I don't like about it.
