I lost all my faith in PaySera as they keep locking my transactions (inbound!) and I always need to spend time calling them to get clarification/explain. They always unlock but this is too time consuming. They say they do this because they are regulated but it's all fried air. N26 is also regulated and I never-ever had a transaction blocked nor had to provide documentation on the source of funds. Today I'm waiting for a transaction to unlock as I need to pay the taxman. Not good.

We would like to remind you that Paysera is a licensed financial service provider that is regularly audited and monitored by the Bank of Lithuania. As N26 is based in a different country, it will have different regulatory institutions and requirements to follow.

Easy to use and simple, cards available (although you should wait for them 2-3 weeks, which is quite longer than some other Fintech providers). However, the major problem with Paysera are the constant issues they have with their cards. Almost every week there are some technical issues, related to the cards, and you cannot either withdraw money from your card account or pay. This creates very unpleasant situations, especially if you need your money at the Petrol station, for example. Moreover, t

Web access is better. Additionally, input of a birth date is a torture: it doesn't allow to type or to quickly select year, I hade to click left for a very long time to reach 1980s. And keep in mind that it oftenly asks for this info for transfer receiver :(
