S-Net Mobile, the Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de l’Etat, Luxembourg (Spuerkeess)’s free mobile banking app allows you to:

• view the transactions on your accounts and credit cards,
• execute payments (Eurotransferts),
• send secure messages to the Spuerkeess and access your received mail and documents,
• find a Spuerkeess branch or S-BANK ATM,
• simulate your personal or mortgage loan.

Furthermore, the PIN-login allows an even faster access to your daily banking operations.

Wanted to become a new client and open a new account online. Unfortunately unable to do so as I cannot pass the luxtrust synchronisation. The app is running endlessly as if it cannot connect. I am looking for an integrated digital solution, reliable and easy to use. This does not seem to tick the box.

Since the update in January the app crashes on devices where the screen was zoomed out using the developer settings or adb after years of working just fine. The February patch didn't fix it either. Please fix. If help needed to debug it or reproduce let me know. Treated on Samsung galaxy s20 and s24

Hi Spuerkeess team, I updated the app but unfortunately it doesn't solve the issue, the app still crashes at startup. Cleaned cache, even reinstalled it and rebooted the phone. Android 14 , security update 5 january, snet app from the 6 february. Google pixel 7 pro.
