This app is certainly a huge improvement compared to the website experience thanks to it's design and interface, espeially after the introduction of the fingerprint login. Now It would be useful to offer the possibility to charge a credit amount via bank applications or other means to make ticket purchases easier without the need to input the card details each time. Also, the introduction of luggage lockers in train stations would be great.

I beg the team to let sign in last longer. or when you don't have internet to be able to see your tickets. The flow: Open app check for trains then have to relogin, recheck for trains then pay. Sometimes I just want to know prices and times why should I login ?? this is not how it should be.

I hope you fix these issues ASAP as they are key features: - Can't stay logged in, maybe add a quick login method like using face id or fingerprints. - Reduced rates are complicated to add, no need for verification, just apply it like we do on the webapp version. - Include the reduced rates Matrix Code in the app so the controller can use it instead of bad printed cards. - Optimize the traffic from app to server as it is so laggy. - Maybe add an option to disable the splash screen animation.
