The app is fine concerning the tickets purchasing that is easy, with clear infos. But BIG flop when it comes to track the trains. The delays aren’t accurate. It says "on time" when its not even here and so on. Maybe a little improvement so travellers will be able to manage their time better.

Terrible experience. Mixed language fields; doesn't save companion passenger details; dialling prefix always reverts to Morocco; "unexplained error (99)" after completing payment with no payment having been taken despite verification.

No way to contact support, I am stuck with an error for months now with no way to contact support, they have a stupid bot that asks you to plays with numbers and gives low ball info, "You exceeded the number of reservations you can make for today" while I haven't bought a ticket at all!!!!
