Loop is the social network for meeting and matchmaking through friends, events, and communities. On Loop, everyone plays matchmaker for their single friends. Singles can also see who their friends know and ask for intros through the app, removing any social friction and making matchmaking easy.

In addition to meeting through friends, people on Loop can meet and matchmake through groups centered around events, locations, professional matchmakers, and other communities. Loop groups for coffee shops, gyms, alumni networks, or parties can help maximize the odds

the app fails upon login with the error "session expired". clearing the apps cache and data does not solve the problem. nor does changing wifi or rebooting the phone. I use android. s10e there have been two updates to the app since I originally wrote this review, and neither update resolved the issue. I emailed the developer when I originally wrote this review, but received no response.

Very cool concept but the app drops frames when leaving profile pictures. Additionally it doesn't stay cached in RAM for very long (admittedly this is more of a general android issue). Also, there absolutely needs to be a way to save a profile - if I see someone I'm interested in but for whatever reason decide to hold off on asking for an intro for the time being, why do I have to go on a treasure hunt to find their profile again?

The app is extremely buggy. It runs very slow, and does not react to touch. I click on the button to add someone to my loop, and then I have to leave my phone alone for 2-3 minutes until the app adds them. Then I can move on. Same thing goes for switching between tabs out loading info. Click the button, wait 2-3 minutes, come back. The idea is great, if only the app worked. Edit: it seems the server can't handle the traffic. I'm sure the issues can be addressed.
