This app is very useful, both for racing and spectating! Unfortunately, the non-racing notifications are somewhat infuriating. I don't need or want 90% of the event messages that are pushed to my phone. The athlete ones are great, the constant ads and messages about stuff like Team IMF are useless and annoying. What's more, any time I add an athlete to the tracker, I get re-subscribed to event notifications! If these were at least under different categories it would be manageable.

The app works great and for the most part worked well. It was just a little confusing trying to add athletes to my tracker. Also about 2/3 through the race my athlete froze in place on the map, and didn't start moving again on the map until he moved to a different location where there was better service, and the map updated. Another thing is that for about two hours he completely disappeared from the map. It made me very nervous since he was a PC athlete and I didn't know if he was okay or not.

Hello Dallas, Thank you for the review. Apologies that the tracking was not working as expected. We would like to look into the tracking as that is a very out of ordinary experience. Would you please contact us at help@rtrt.me with the athlete's name and bib number so that we can investigate more?

The app is a great improvement over the previous versions. Major complaint is all of the messages for events whether I have looked at them or not. Even after turning off notifications they somehow get turned back on automatically and continue to be pushed. Very annoying. The app raises unnecessary concern for spectators using to track athletes by not considering long climbs or slower sections on the the course which can drop the average pace and then tells spectators that there could be issue.
