About this app

The Mighty mobile app works with the Mighty player, which can be purchased at www.bemighty.com. Once you have a Mighty in hand, download the mobile app and you’re ready to take your Amazon playlists on-the-go: no screen, phone, or data connection required.

Here’s how it works:

1. Turn On
Power up your Mighty and download the Mighty mobile app.

2. Tune In
Launch the Mighty mobile app and follow the setup instructions. Then, wirelessly sync some of your favorite Amazon playlists to your Mighty.

3. Drop Out
Once the sync is complete, leave the phone and distractions behind and take your music with you anywhere.

I have purchased and used the Mighty audio player for both my kids, so they can listen to music without having the distraction of a screen or being online. If one of these breaks, I will immediately purchase another one, no hesitation. the app IS infuriating, but I'm still giving it 4 stars simply because there are extremely limited options and we've been using this player for hours every. single. day. for two years.

Unfortunate purchase. App UI isn't great- it tries to push you into the "getting started" tutorial every time you open the app. Device connection is finicky. It's difficult to get the player to connect with the app, and when it does it can drop randomly in the middle of a sync. Syncing with Spotify every 30 days is miserable, and even that capability is going away next year. Purchased to give my kid a screen-free music device that I could still oversee, but it falls far short.

Mighty worked fine for 1 year, then the battery died on me, app crashed/didn't download songs for a while and it took several back and fourth Emails to get it working again. They were very helpful though and it worked after everytime! Edit: I bought one for my brother a few years later and it's a newer "better" model. It hasn't been able to download more than two Playlist (about 120 songs total) and it has stopped connecting/downloading after 1 time. Really bummed that it won't work.
