Useless broken app. The app won't let you use it without registering and when I enter my email for them to send a verification code, it just pops up the error message "timeout". I've tried on network, on Wi-Fi, clearing cache, reinstalling, and every I.T. trick I could think of. Their website doesn't even load. I'd avoid this app and their products in general if Bluetooth control is something you wanted. Like I did.

Easy to navigate and satisfying. I like all the options and the ability to make more. The only thing that bothers me is I feel like the DIY option isn't as intense at max like some of the basic options that you can find with the remote. That may just be product specific idk, I only have one to compare to. I personally don't care about the location and Bluetooth or whatever it wanted. You don't even need the app if you want to use your product, but I recommend.

I can't even do an account registration. The app doesn't send a code to my email no matter how many times I hit the "send" button. It's been hours, and nothing has been seen in either my primary or promotions tabs of my inbox. Now, I need to leave a bad review on Amazon saying that I purchased a product that won't function because it requires this app to work.
