Ratings and reviews

No way to reach customer support in the phone app. Forgot login information to a previous account. I started a new account and I can't register my phone number because it is linked to the other account. If I knew how to solve the phone number issue I would vote this app higher. Ok, this phone number issue stinks. You are blocked from most of the features at lvl 2 until you register your phone. If you get the app to control a toy forget all other features. Just use it for the toy control.

Useless broken app. The app won't let you use it without registering and when I enter my email for them to send a verification code, it just pops up the error message "timeout". I've tried on network, on Wi-Fi, clearing cache, reinstalling, and every I.T. trick I could think of. Their website doesn't even load. I'd avoid this app and their products in general if Bluetooth control is something you wanted. Like I did.

I can't even do an account registration. The app doesn't send a code to my email no matter how many times I hit the "send" button. It's been hours, and nothing has been seen in either my primary or promotions tabs of my inbox. Now, I need to leave a bad review on Amazon saying that I purchased a product that won't function because it requires this app to work.
