Ratings and reviews

The news and functionality are good. But the ads are too frequent, appearing on every article on top of the pages. The "x" function reduces the size of the ad but they still obscure some of the reading area. UPDATE: I am uninstalling this app and just bookmarking the website. I still get push notifications although I turned off all push notifications. it's quite frustrating. I like APNews but the app is not good, in my opinion.

Regarding just the app: it NEEDS custom notification settings. If I'm being inundated with notifications and can't choose what I want to see, I'm disinclined to read any of it. I want to choose what I care about the most. Instead, I had to turn off ALL notifications. News is important, but only when you can actually read it.

I love the App and the news source. A few bugs I've noticed is when I try to click a link at the end of one article leading to another, it will sometimes break. Either shutting off the app or failing to find the article. I never wind up reading those articles because they failed to load multiple times.
