I request that Android mobile users should also be allowed to take screenshots in the Benefit application. Currently, we cannot take screenshots of any transaction inside the app. If we want to save a screenshot showing how much amount is available in Benefit, it does not allow screenshots anymore. Previously, all of this worked fine and screenshots could be taken, but for some time now it has stopped working.

Benefit payment is a good platform but it takes a lot of time to activate it. The limit is 3 times in 24 hours. I have been trying to check it for the last 4 days but it is not working. Please simplify it.

The new UI is good but still needs more work and enhancement. For example, We used to have spelling checks when writing the payment description, but now it is not available! It looks like you defined it as a password field as the browser always suggests saving it as a password!!! Some of the functions are confusing, and you need to guess what to do. In general, I prefer the previous UI, but I believe you can fix the current one to be best of both.
