I have been trying to create an account on Benefit Pay for over a month, but the app keeps saying ID card is not detected. Please try to scan on a different background, even after trying many times with proper lighting and clear backgrounds. I also emailed the Benefit Pay customer support team, and they just told me to call a phone number. I called, but they didn’t help me at all and gave no solution. This is very frustrating, especially when I need this app for daily transactions. Please fix

Please add a feature "Pay Again" Example : if I'm a customer for a specific shop/business, I have to scan or put their number regularly, for hassle free in the last 2-3 transactions I can click on that same same transaction and pay it again with same amount or amount can be edited.
