After the recent update, all my loyalty cards are gone! EDIT --- FIXED ---: The Android widget displayed a message telling me I had no stored loyalty cards. When I clicked the displayed link in the widget, it would bring me to the old (now empty) loyalty menu of the app. However, if I close the app and reopen it from the app menu (so not via the widget), I can see my loyalty cards on the home screen. After having displayed one, the Android widget now displays all my cards again! Hooray!

Hello Dennis, The loyalty cards are still in the app, but they’ve been moved to the home screen. Have you already scrolled through the options on that screen? Let us know if this solves the problem. The Payconiq by Bancontact team

all of a sudden my account is blocked (no explanation). I get two buttons: OK or contact Support. OK should reset and restart, but has no effect. Contact Support leads me to a list that does not contain my problem and no means to actually contact Support. Resolved after support reacted to this review, but had to reinstall and reinitialise the app as reset did not work.

This new "improved" app is just complicated frustrating mess. With the old Bancontact app all I needed to do was add my card and pay, simple. This new app forces me to jump a lot of hoops to open an account and give them my data, only to end up not even able to use it. When I try to add a card it tells me "payment failed". I guess I have no choice but to use a card reader to even pay small sub 25€ transactions... Simply annoying.
