Once again the app is not working after last update. Not easy neither to find the help desk or get in contact with someone that can help. Probably have to uninstall and go through the all installation again? If you wonder why people are getting aggressive.... is because that kind of thing happens every day many times. Finding something that works properly is getting VERY difficult.

Haven't been able to use the app in a year. After I enter my email 2fa code when setting up the app there's just an error that says "There was a problem processing your data. Please try again." Even after switching to the new Google Pixel 8 Pro I can't set up the app. I'll just use KBC's qr code scanner to pay instead. Edit: I can't access the app to contact you because I can't even log into my account. I have contacted support via email.

Thought I had fixed it with camera permissions but it still does not work. I phoned your support line and was told to uninstall and wait 24hours before re-installing. This to me is a ridiculous response to an app that freezes on splas screen. Still does not work. Bad app bad support. Just won't open. Stalls on the splash screen. Used to work great this week stopped working just like that. No change of phone or environment
