Add your preferred payment method and choose which shared mobility option fits your trip:

- Search in the map for your nearest shared car or moped.
- Reserve your preferred option on the go, get to the car or moped, unlock it with your app and start your trip!
- Plan ahead, rent your car up to 3 months in advance with our roundtrip carsharing option. Your car will be waiting for you at its parking spot.

TO END YOUR TRIP

Electric one-way carsharing and shared electric mopeds:
- Park within the GoTo parking area, always respecting your local parking laws to avoid fines.
- Tap “End reservation” in the GoTo app.

Round trip carsharing:
- Return the car to the same parking spot you found it and tap “End reservation” in the GoTo app.
- Find the parking spot easily by just tapping on “Return to parking” in the GoTo app.

Worst customer service ever. No way to get in touch with the managment. The same person was answering on the phone and emails. Cars are faulty and one of them CSH 128 had breaks issue while driving (it was intermittently breaking) with several warning lights turning on and off (after 5 minutes driving). I was panicking since the car was not breaking and the lady on the phone (Shannen) repedetly ask for parking in an allowed spot. I could have run into an accident cause of her. Unprofessional.

Unusable without an INTERNATIONAL drivers license. Support members were not helpful in explaining the situation either. They have separate rules to the government for which drivers licenses are allowed to be used. Definitely don't bother if you don't have a very specific international driver's license.

Where to start? Besides the miserable maintenance of the car (scratches, damages, bumps, broken side mirror), and the intuitivelessness of the app, what bother me the most is the lack of concern of the customer support. A "check your tyre" danger message appeared on the dashboard, but the lady on the phone simply said, "don't pay attention, if your wheels are ok". Also, we had to call them 8 times in 2 days for various stupid stuff. If you GoTo Malta (ahah) rent via a classic company.
