when I go pay my bill and have completed interning my card info, upon going to the confirm page it turns my phone off. that has happen three times. then I have to start over. I just gave up.

Doesn't work keeps saying my password and user are wrong. Cable hasn't worked in a year. They came changed box broke my TV and didn't take responsibility. Still paying for cable I can't watch still with my broken TV. Thy keep raising prices and now their app doesn't work go figure. Horrible service horrible app

App don't work for sure, it won't let me open . I don't have any service in my Router from day of Installation (3) days now, app don't work,and Tech Support have you turn on and off the Router all Day to no avail. All feed back is negative. Not Good 👽
