megacable is a bad internet service provider . they come to the house for installation after 14 days . after installation within 1 day the connection gets broken and there is no internet at all . they don't want to fix the problem quickly also when you report for a technician. They are not active and coming to repair after 1 week . it's a worst experience in Queretaro

Doesn't work keeps saying my password and user are wrong. Cable hasn't worked in a year. They came changed box broke my TV and didn't take responsibility. Still paying for cable I can't watch still with my broken TV. Thy keep raising prices and now their app doesn't work go figure. Horrible service horrible app

App don't work for sure, it won't let me open . I don't have any service in my Router from day of Installation (3) days now, app don't work,and Tech Support have you turn on and off the Router all Day to no avail. All feed back is negative. Not Good 👽
