I already downloaded my njoi app, problem is can not open when using WiFi, only can open when use data. Today I try to top up credit using card twice, twice also failed. I call bank that is nothing wrong with my bank account. so, how can I solve this 2 problem which can not use WiFi to open the app and can not top up credit by card ?

So far, everything was good. I always used this app to renew my subscription in Njoi and everything went smoothly. Thumbs up 👍🏻
