I cannot open into the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled then I can log in. after I exit the app and open again I couldn't. I dont why I called the customer service they sai might be data problem. how could I access to other banking apps if my data is problem. please help me my money is inside I have to use it!!! please help me asap!!

I experience issues with the app such as (1) unable to transfer fund, and (2) unable to change limit. For (1), tried to transfer 10k but the app dont allow, with no error prompted. Tap and nothing happens; however able to transfer the amt in 2 separate transaction. For (2), tap change limit also nothing happens with no error whatsoever; tried 2k, 3k 1.8k also nth happens, but when I try 10k limit, it works.

I'm done. They've recently introduced an update to prevent app access if you have developer mode turned on. While this is not an issue for most users, the app prevents developers who constantly have processes that requires wireless debugging turned on at all times from accessing their finances (especially while making payment). Follow Maybank's footsteps and allow users to acknowledge and proceed rather than blocking access completely. Until then, I'll move to a different bank for my needs.
