I saw many +ve as well as -ve feedback on this app. I, myself tried many times to create a GX acc but was not successful due to the OTPs not received, and there was an error msg when I clicked the " 'tap here' if you're having issues" ... seems like the app itself having issues... so I gave up. No doubt digital banking does provide convenience to users, but we also need the app stability to safeguard our money. I hope this can be improved.

I've been using this app before and it works fine , but ever since they updated the app , I can't login using my other device since the old one is not can't open it anymore. Customer service is so bad , didn't help at all . They can't even help me unbind my acc from my old device so I can login with my latest one. Each time I tried to call customer service they always put me on hold , crazy experience ngl.

Great experience with the app since I first used it. The UI is easy to use and isn't a hassle unlike a certain yellow bank that doesn't even support the back button/gesture. No fees with the debit card. But today I have to uninstall a damn app just to transfer money. THE APP'S NOT EVEN HARMFUL. Support is utterly useless and didn't even try. Straight up AI ahh response. Crazy how one little thing makes the ENTIRE APP USELESS AND LOCKS YOU OUT FROM YOUR OWN MONEY.
