public mutual is one of the rare companies that makes my blood boil with it's outdated unintuitive archaic User interface in their website and app. just straight away log me out when there's no activity for more than X seconds, and all my steps that I've done is gone. they should have a warning notification like all the other banking apps have. as for the apps, it's so old school, felt like windows XP era.

It has become very unreliable since the last updates. It is non-functional most of the time.

The recent patch for pmo forced ads to us, and only gave us the option to skip like YouTube. Am i watching pmo for entertainment like YouTube or something? Now, it got even worse, as the skip buttom is missing entirely, and i cant log in.
