Ratings and reviews

Both web version and app version are ridiculously, you're supposed to make client understand easier. I've tried redeem 2 times, via web but nothing happened, nothing was credited to my bank account. I have to go to branch and manually do it. Not to mentioned, after those manual redeem successfully, the final value of my portfolio doesn't reflect the real value. You got all the money in the world but cannot do an app or this whole Public Mutual properly

app okay, but the interface not user friendly, a lot hidden information. need go through every full documents to find one info. the charges are also not transparent. need check the full document to find it. Only suitable to those a lot money and don't mind give a lot commission to others. Also, don't like agent hard sell.

Bad experience, I was asked to update my profile, and I did but after I entered PAC it didn't proceed, there is a glitch. Now I couldn't access to main page, it show a blank page everytime I log in. Please improve.
