Nearly perfect. Most of the things that I frequently access are available at the Home section which I find it's good. For Account section, I like the graph display which is easier to know if the payment has been made by just a glance look without scrolling down to the Transaction History. Other than that, I don't have any other major issues about the app. For average user with moderate IT literacy, it is easy to navigate.

Good for nothing app, only load to eternity impossible to make payments or check usage forever under maintenance and it's impossible to get through support, the useless bot directs to non useful topics, only their billing system works impeccable and late charges on time when. We are unable to make payments within due date.

Apps always crashed/unable to use when checking and make payment.. and btw, im currently using unifi mobile and what i can say is that this telco(unifi mobile) are the worst telco ever. Imagine living in the Central area but still get "E" network. For example setiawangsa, my town shopping mall, pavilion kl, ampang and other places. Make complaints more than twice and wanted to cancel these number, but they ask to pay some amount due to the contract issue. This is such a scam telco..
