The app is smooth but unfortunately the early settlement process is a huge disappointment.When clicked “Early Payment,” it only allowed me to pay the Sept bill. After making the payment, the button disappeared. I searched through the app and found “Settle All Payment” under Settings, but when I clicked it, the system said it was unable to process the settlement.I contacted CS and was told nothing could be done and that I had to wait until 24/9 to make the full settlement.

It great for me...It is very useful for me, and setting up an installment plan for a fixed number of months is easy. However, increasing the limit requires EPF documentation, as a business owner, I only have bank statements and tax records. I hope Ryt can highlight the perspective of business owners also..thanks you..

22.8.26 -still slow opening of app. No improvement at all. 1.8.26-Please improve the opening speed & other section of the app. It's the slowest app out of other bank apps. Other than that love it especially the 4% interest save pocket. It will be better if no need stamp card. Look forward to future improvement, exciting contest. Keep up the great work
